The tour starts with the visit of the GALATA neighborhood, known to be one of the oldest Jewish neighborhoods, but very popular at the second half of the 18th century, with its famous tower built by the Genoese. The interior visit of the NEVE SALOM synagogue and the ASHKENAZI synagogue, followed by the visit of the TOFRE BEGADIM synagogue(from outside according availability) and the KAMONDO Stairs.

Drive to BALAT along the GOLDEN HORN, residential area of the Ottoman Jews where the "Star of David" and other inscriptions still appear on the facades of some buildings. Interior visit of the AHRIDA synagogue, the oldest synagogue of Istanbul, exterior visits of the YANBOL and CANA synagogues and the OR A HAYIM Jewish Hospital (from outside according availability).

Visit of the ZULFARIS JEWISH MUSEUM of the Quincentennial Foundation, followed by The JEWISH ASHKENAZI CEMETERY where the martyrs of Neve Shalom are buried.

Drive to Ortakoy, where the first Sephardic Jews landed in 1492 and were welcomed by the Ottoman Sultan Beyazid II. Last, the interior visit of the ETZ A HAYIM synagogue
